1) Things to remember

  • 1. Check the drawer

Always make sure the dust drawer is empty before you start chomping.

  • 2. Empty every 30 mins

Empty the dust drawer at least every 30 minutes to keep things running smoothly.

  • 3. Keep it OFF

Don't leave your ChompSaw running between cuts. As soon as you finish a cut, press the power switch OFF.

2) How to use your ChompSaw

  • 1. Place on a flat surface

Place your ChompSaw on a clean, flat surface without any other objects around it.

  • 2. Plug it in

Make sure the power switch is OFF. Then plug the power supply into your ChompSaw and wall outlet.

  • 3. Face your ChompSaw

Stand in front of the ChompSaw (the dust drawer should be facing you).

  • 4. Power on

Turn the power switch ON. You should hear the ChompSaw start up, and the cutting part inside will begin to move.

  • 5. Wait...

Wait about 10 seconds for it to reach full speed before you start cutting.

  • 6. Lay cardboard flat

Lay your cardboard flat on the mat in front of you. Make sure the cardboard is thin enough to fit in the cutting head (3mm or less).

  • 7. Push to cut

To make a cut, push the cardboard in the direction of the arrows (away from you). Try pushing at different speeds to find what works best for you.

  • 8. Rotate for curves

To make curves and turns, rotate the cardboard and keep pushing forward. Remember, the ChompSaw won't cut if you push sideways.

  • That's it!

    That's it!
